Transforming risk management

for thousands of users globally

Our customers

From Australia and New Zealand, to the UK and Canada,
we’ve successfully helped dozens of organizations to manage risk.

Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service, UK

In England, Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service were experiencing many challenges – they needed to protect a population of more than 1.45 million, but were facing funding cuts.
We worked with them to reduce their reporting burden, identify gaps and track trends and progress.
Chief Fire Officer Darren Gunter says the task was a difficult one.
“Providing transparency and accountability over 2500 square miles with such a diverse risk was never going to be easy,” he says.
But with our risk management strategy in place, they succeeded.

VenuesWest, Australia

VenuesWest, was after a risk product comprehensive enough to allow it to manage 13 sport and entertainment venues on behalf of the WA Government. With our help, they now easily manage strategic and operational risk across all of these venues – and are also about to start using our incident and audit add-ons.
VenuesWest is also using our system to manage risk during the development and construction of a new venue – Perth Stadium (pictured), due for completion in 2018. The 60,000-seat venue will be capable of hosting AFL, rugby, football (soccer), cricket and entertainment events.
Risk, Safety and Wellbeing Manager John Sawka said it showed the diversity of cammsrisk.
“It’s a complex task, managing risk across so many venues, and also managing risk on a venue that’s under construction at the moment. But the cammsrisk product has made the whole process much simpler,” he said.
“The system is simple, effective, easy to use and affordable. It actually makes people want to use the system which is great for the organization and great for me as the Risk Manager.
“Cammsrisk delivers exactly what was expected – and promised. Executive feedback has been extremely positive especially about the quality of the reports that the system is able to generate.”

North Eastern Community Hospital, Australia

It’s a similar story in South Australia, where the North Eastern Community Hospital needed to improve its risk reporting systems.
We offered them a comprehensive yet affordable solution, which has allowed them to develop an integrated risk management system that complies with all necessary standards.
